Collaborative programs providing in-kind drug-development services — lead optimization, IND-enabling toxicology, GMP formulation, and regulatory support — to carry a rare-disease therapeutic to IND. The track record includes FDA-approved rare-disease products. Services that would otherwise be contracted to CROs are provided at no cost.
Open to BTHS therapeutic programs as a rare disease. The value here is the in-kind CRO work rather than cash, which suits a program with a candidate but no development budget.
Academic labs, nonprofits, and companies, via collaboration agreements.
