A $120M initiative providing no-cost clinical whole-genome sequencing for undiagnosed children with suspected genetic disease. It covers over 1,000 patients a year across 26 clinical sites in 19 countries, with 3,000+ individuals sequenced to date; partner labs receive in-kind flow cells, reagents, library prep, cloud storage, and software. PacBio joined in Feb 2026, adding HiFi long-read WGS. It is administered by Genetic Alliance, with Illumina as founding sponsor — applications go to Genetic Alliance, not Illumina.
