Infrastructure for advocacy-led research: a low-cost independent IRB specialised in registries, natural-history studies, and surveys (roughly 15x faster turnaround than academic IRBs, and a SMART IRB founding member); a registry and data-collection program on the DigitalCabinet platform with participant-controlled sharing; and a cooperative BioBank where member organizations run their own collections at negotiated rates.
