Non-research awards that build capacity for patient-centered comparative effectiveness research. Up to $25M was available in FY2026 across four tracks: Capacity Building (≤$300K over 2 years), Dissemination (≤$300K), Convening Support (≤$125K), and Building Capacity for Small Organizations (≤$300K, restricted to organizations with a ≤$1.5M average operating budget, and including a peer learning network).
